Here’s what you need:

  • 1 banana 5 strawberries
  • Unsweetened almond milk (add a little or a lot depending on how liquidy you want your smoothies)
  • Ice
  • 2 scoops of Fage yogurt
  • Topped with your favorite toppings: cranberry, chia, yogurt drops, nuts!

Hi LOVEies! It’s been raining a lot here in Florida. Luckily, when this picture was taken, the sky was clear and the sun was out. Something about the sunshine… it just makes me so happy. I hope you have a great day!

Here’s a simple and quick breakfast idea. All you need is greek yogurt, organic fresh fruits and a granola bar.

 
Here’s the recipe:

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 fage greek yogurt
  • 1 granola bar

 

Combine yogurt and 1/2 a cup fresh fruits in a bowl. Scoop the combination in a cup, top it with your favorite granola and fruits! Enjoy! See you on my next post!

Good morning LOVElies!!! I love the grocery stores here. There are so many fresh markets around. I’m feeling a bit lost in this BIG world, hopefully the I will adjust soon.

Anyhow, this cold and drippingLY delicious smoothie is made with my favorite ingredient which makes it Mmmm good!!!

This “nuts ‘n more” all natural, added omega’s-no sugar, 14 grams of protein, organic FLAX, and no sugar added Cinnamon raisin almond butter is my FAVORITE!!!

Here’s the recipe to one of my favorite “nutty” smoothie:

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs of “Nuts ‘n more” cinnamon raisin almond butter
  • Unsweetened almond milk (add a little or a lot depending on how liquidy you want your smoothies)
  • Ice Blend everything together and top it with walnuts and RAW cacao powder
