Cha Cha Chia pudding

Good afternoon LOVElies! This was the best Birthday weekend ever! I never felt so special. Thanks everyone (especially my family, @mhelpdesk, @roueezus @be_mind_full, and @ryans_fit) for making my birthday memorable. Since everyday is a celebration, here’s my “Cha Cha Chia pudding” topped with @CookieDept “CherryBomb” and scoops of whipped banana ice cream. Simple, delicious and Mmm YUM!

What you need:

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup Gluten-free almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract A touch of pure maple syrup

*Add accordingly to taste.

Fishless Tuna Salad

 

Hello LOVElies! Here it is… My Vegetarian Fishless Tuna Salad!!! Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 1 can of Vegetarian Fishless tuna
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 a cup of green onion, chopped
  • 2 stalk of celery, chopped 1/2 cilantro
  • 6 teaspoons of Vegenaise fresh ground black pepper

What to do:

Mix all the ingredients together.

Vegan Citrus Spareribs

Vegetarian Plus VEGAN Citrus Spareribs cutlets Hi LOVElies! I finally got the chance to go to Whole Foods and pick up some Vegetarian Plus food products. Believe it or not but these are imitation pork in plum vinegar sauce. All I added was some lighly boiled broccoli and Zoodles (zucchini noodles). Thanks @vegetarianplus for giving me an opportunity to try this! Mmm YUM!

 What you need:

  • 1 box of Vegetarian Plus Citrus spareribs cutlets
  • 2 big broccoli florets
  • 2 zucchini for zoodles (optional)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Red pepper flakes

What to do:

p>Follow the instructions on the Vegetarian plus box. In a pot, boil some water. Once boiled, add the broccoli for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from stove and run it over cold water; set aside.

Add the broccoli to the pan of Citrus Spareribs Cutlets. In a bowl, add zoodles and top with broccoli and Citrus Spareribs Cutlets. Easy. Simple. Delicious. 

 

Low-fat VEGAN Korean sweet potato fries

 

Low-fat VEGAN Korean sweet potato fries Good morning LOVElies! If you’re craving for french fries but don’t want all the fat, try seasoning sweet potatoes and throwing them in the oven for a healthier choice. It’s quick, easy and Mmm YUM!

 What you need:

  • 3 large Korean Sweet potatoes (cut into wedges)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • A dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tps paprika
  • 1/2 tbs Mccormick Salt-free Garlic & Herbs seasoning

Homemade Spicy Veganaise (recipe is in a few post earlier).

What to do:

Preheat oven to 425. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, making sure the potatoes are evenly coated. Place them single-layered in the oven for about 30 minutes. Enjoy! Have an AWESOME day! See you soon! Muahz!

Good morning LOVElies! I’m feeling a bit under the weather and I think I officially lost my voice BUT I’m still pushing to finish my days with a BANG!?

Afterall, hard work pays off at the end, right? Oh, btw… Happy#ParfaitTuesday with my girl, Kia @nikiadyson  My “Cha Cha Chia pudding” parfait is simple, delicious and Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup Gluten-free almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A touch of pure maple syrup* *Add accordingly to taste.

Good Morning LOVElies!!!It’s a gloomy morning in Ashburn… but that won’t stop us from starting our day with a healthy breakfast!

For breakfast this morning: GLUTEN-FREE, yes, Gluten-free banana oats cookies! This quick and easy recipe will get you out the door in no time. In fact, you can munch on these during your morning drive to work!  Gluten-free banana Oats

What you need:

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cups gluten-free craisins

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend the oats in a food processor until desired consistency. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and oats until smooth. Add the walnuts and craisin. Pop into oven for 9-11 minutes, remove from oven, let it cool, ENJOY! 😉 Dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian approved!

Hello LOVElies! !! Only few days before I head to Florida. Oh yes! 80 degree weather… “come to me, come to me ” haha

For dinner tonight: a freshly cold and colorful huge salad wrapped with cucumbers and stuffed with organic spring mix; sweet red, orange, and yellow peppers; enokitake mushrooms; red onions; bean sprouts, tomatoes; then topped with chia seeds and drizzled with spicy vegenaise…
