Happy Sunday FUNday LOVElies!!! I love family Sunday dinners. Can you guess what this is?
This Vietnamese dish is normally wrapped with freshly green lettuce, but I added a clear rice paper to make it easier to hold. Inside these crepes are sauté shrimp and lean pork, and bean sprouts. Served with this dish is normally a spicy fish sauce called “nuoc mam.” Mmmm YUM!!!
Psst… Guess what? If you’re going to come over as a guest, I am going to spoil you with food.
So, because dinner isn’t complete without dessert, I made Vietnamese fruit “Che Thai” dessert! This dessert is layered with yummiliciousNeSs: exotic fruits and much much more, then topped it with basil seeds. Mmmm YUM!!!
