Promanganate Parfait

 

Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy Thursday!!! Life has been amazing far in NoVA. I hate to say this but I’m not sure if I miss Florida anymore… SIKE!!! How could I NOT miss Florida?! My parents and bros and still in Florida haha It’s been awhile since I’ve visited. I think it’s time. Plus it’s only about $42 to go. Anyhow, I’ve been craving pomegranate seeds so… here’s my parfait throwback!!! This parfait of goodNeSs is layered with pomegranate seeds, strawberry yogurt (Fage and fresh strawberries), blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries… Mm YUM. Have an AWESOME day! Muahz!

parfaitsGood morning LOVElies! Happy Thursday!!! One of my favorite things to make is parfait. They’re easy to make and deliciously good to eat. Not to mention, parfaits are good for you! Here’s my “full of LOVE” parfait from the past- blended strawberries and Greek yogurt, topped with fruits and granola… Mmm YUM.

 

 

Parfait Tuesday

 

Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy #ParfaitTuesday with my chicka, Kia@kiasfitfarekff! I hope you’re ready to show off your creativity with yummilicious parfaits!

For breakfast this morning, I wanted something with lots of flavors and yet still good for my body!

This parfait is filled with a combination of chunky fresh strawberries, topped with yogurt, tropical trail mix, raspberries and blueberries. Mmmm YUM! What’s your breakfast looking like? Tag me!

Chia pudding with fresh fruit

Cha cha cha CHIA pudding topped with Fresh Fruits  Good morning LOVElies! It’s #ParfaitTuesday! Happy Tuesday to you! Flag football is tonight and I’m starting the day right with a yummilicious healthy parfait.

Bottom layer:

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Blend and let sit for an hr or let refrigerated overnight. Then topped with crushed strawberries, chunky blood oranges, and kiwis. Mmm YUM! See you on my next post! Muahz!

Strawberry Mango Overnight Chia Pudding and Oats

Overnight Strawberry-Mango chia Pudding & Oats Good morning LOVElies! It’s only Tuesday and I’m already counting down the days until I leave for VEGAS this weekend.  It’s going to be another memorable trip for sure! Mmmhmm  After Vegas… FLORIDA for a week! YAY!!!

Oh… did I say Tuesday? Yes! It’s #ParfaitTuesday with my wonderful friend, Kia @nikiadyson. If you don’t have time to make breakfast, this parfait is perfect for you- Overnight Strawberry-Mango Chia Pudding and Oats! Oh yeah! Packed full of protein, fiber and calcium, makes this a healthy breakfast

What you need:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Rolled oats
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fruits

What to do:

Combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract into a glass. Add strawberries then mangos. Place in the fridge overnight… Mmmm YUM!

Cha Cha Chia pudding

Good morning LOVElies! I’m feeling a bit under the weather and I think I officially lost my voice BUT I’m still pushing to finish my days with a BANG!?

Afterall, hard work pays off at the end, right? Oh, btw… Happy#ParfaitTuesday with my girl, Kia @nikiadyson  My “Cha Cha Chia pudding” parfait is simple, delicious and Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup Gluten-free almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A touch of pure maple syrup* *Add accordingly to taste.

Smoothie Chia Pudding

 

Good morning LOVElies! Rise and shine!!! It’s still cold here in NoVA. I’m having an itch to go further south. Who’s with me?  Brr… talk about cuddle season forreals! Haha  For breakfast this morning, I wanted to incorporate my cravings for smoothies and chia pudding all in one! BAM!!!
