Hello LOVElies!!! Sometimes when all it takes is a simple green smoothie to complete your day.
In my Simple Green Smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 2 BIG handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- About 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
I like having fresh fruits in my smoothies so I’ve added a few here and there.
