Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy Thursday!!! As you all know, I’m in LOVE with @FlavorGod #FlavorGod seasonings and I just couldn’t decide on which one I wanted to use today, so… I did the typically Kaylea’s choice- “a dash of everything.”

What you need:

  • Salmon FlavorGod seasonings
  • Coconut oil

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
  2. Place the salmon on the oven pan.
  3. Spread coconut oil and sprinkle a dash of each FLAVORGOD seasoning.
  4. Place in the oven for 12-15 mins.
  5. Enjoy!!!

Green Smoothies

Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy Wednesday to you. I’m feeling a little better today (I think). I’m trying to have positive happy thoughts. One way to stay happy is… DRINK YOUR GREEN SMOOTHIES!!! Here’s a simple Greensmoothies recipe:

1 handful of spinach

1 large banana

1 cup Fage yogurt

Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy Thursday!!! Life has been amazing far in NoVA. I hate to say this but I’m not sure if I miss Florida anymore… SIKE!!! How could I NOT miss Florida?! My parents and bros and still in Florida haha It’s been awhile since I’ve visited. I think it’s time. Plus it’s only about $42 to go. Anyhow, I’ve been craving pomegranate seeds so… here’s my parfait throwback!!! This parfait of goodNeSs is layered with pomegranate seeds, strawberry yogurt (Fage and fresh strawberries), blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries… Mm YUM. Have an AWESOME day! Muahz!

Belgium waffle topped with All the Things

 

Good morning LOVElies!!! Who can tell me what day is it?! It’s Wednesday- the HUMP of our week. I’m finally free this weekend to travel! Tickets are really cheap right now and I’m itching for somewhere warm! Maybe Florida for the weekend? I really miss Florida, I think it’s time for a visit. Skyping my parents and my French bulldog, Dolce, can only go so far. Anyhow, if you love waffles, you’ll love this thick warm Belgium waffle topped with “All the Things” Omg… Mmmmm Yummmmm!!!

What you need:

4 large organic eggs

1 tbsp 100 % pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp melted

2 tbsp organic milk, coconut milk, or raw milk

2-4 tbsp water 1 tsp gluten free organic vanilla extract 1/4 cup organic coconut flour

1/4 tsp baking powder Organic maple syrup to top it off Your favorite fruits

What to do:

1. Preheat a waffle iron. Mix together eggs, maple syrup, salt, cinnamon, melted butter, milk, vanilla and 2 tbsp of water.

2. Add coconut flour, baking powder and mix until there are no lumps. Let stand for 5 minutes.

3. If the batter is thick, add up to 2 more tablespoon of water to thin it out.

4. Pour into a preheated waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes. Top with banana, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. Serve hot.

Cha Cha Chia pudding

Good afternoon LOVElies! This was the best Birthday weekend ever! I never felt so special. Thanks everyone (especially my family, @mhelpdesk, @roueezus @be_mind_full, and @ryans_fit) for making my birthday memorable. Since everyday is a celebration, here’s my “Cha Cha Chia pudding” topped with @CookieDept “CherryBomb” and scoops of whipped banana ice cream. Simple, delicious and Mmm YUM!

What you need:

3 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup Gluten-free almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract A touch of pure maple syrup

*Add accordingly to taste.

Good morning LOVElies!!! Happy Wednesday!!! The weekend is creeping around the corner and I’m ready to party!!! Why?? Well… It’s my BIRTHDAY WEEKEND!!!Many of you probably know I LOVE to dance with any beat to the music and my favorite drink is “aqua on the rocks with a hint of lime” but just in case you don’t, now you know! Also, we are having a huge celebration as we celebrate home advisor welcoming us to their family. Yay!!!Just as excited I am about this weekend, I’m more excited about getting back to drinking Green smoothies. They’re deliciously addictive, fun to make and silly to drink alone. In case you’ve missed this deliciously “black-N-blue” green smoothie recipe.

What you need:

1/2 cup of blueberries

1 ripe banana

2 BIG handfuls of Spinach

1 cup of water

Dragonfruit bowl

Hello LOVElies!!! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything or was involved in any social media sites. I just wanted to touch base with everyone that I’m still ALIVE. I’m studying for the Virginia Real Estate state and national exam. On top of working at my amazing job at Mhelpdesk.com and being a cosmetologist on the weekends, I wanted to push a little harder and be a real estate agent too.

Blueberry Banana

Good morning LOVElies! One and a half more weeks until vacation. YAY! I’ll be in Florida people! Catch me if you can, I would love to see all of you! I’ll be there for about two weeks so text/call me!

Anyhow, I get these green smoothie cravings and I can’t stop drinking them. They’re delicious and healthy for you!  For breakfast this morning: “with lots of love” blueberry banana green smoothie.

What you need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 BIG handful of spinach
  • Water

Good morning LOVElies! Memorial weekend is coming up… that’s a 3 day weekend!!!  YAY! Hmmm… should I make a spontaneous trip to Florida?

Hehe We will see!  Times like this, makes me miss the beach so much Anyhow, I know you’re dying to see what smoothie I’m making today, right? Lol jk!

Well for breakfast this morning: a yummilicious Avocado Banana GreenSmoothie… Mmm YUM!

Berry Blast

Berry-Blast Greensmoothie Good morning LOVElies! I can’t believe May is almost almost over.

I could’ve sworn I just got back from Vegas last week but NO it was last month! Wow… before you know it, I’ll get older and stay SINGLE forever. Oh no! J/k Haha! I am going on a date tonight. Isn’t that a good sign?

I’m feeling a bit nervous since I hardly go out anywhere. It’s always been work, travel and umm yeah, work! Wish me luck!

Anyhow… to start your day right, you should always make sure you get your daily nutrients. One way to do this is to drink a greensmoothie.

Greensmoothies are packed full of nutrients. They are healthy, easy to make and drink, low in calories, easy to digest and offer lasting source of energy.,/p>
