Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Happy Friday. This weekend is Father’s day weekend. Anyone has any plans?

My parents have been on vacation so I haven’t really had a chance to celebrate Mother’s day or Father’s day with them… BUT I do plan to surprise them with my trip to FLORIDA

Anyhow… for breakfast is another DANGdelicious Greensmoothie. This Strawberry Banana with a touch of blueberries definitely filled me up this morning.

What you need:

  • 2 BIG handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 banana
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 3/4 cups Orange juice

 

Blueberry Banana

Good morning LOVElies! One and a half more weeks until vacation. YAY! I’ll be in Florida people! Catch me if you can, I would love to see all of you! I’ll be there for about two weeks so text/call me!

Anyhow, I get these green smoothie cravings and I can’t stop drinking them. They’re delicious and healthy for you!  For breakfast this morning: “with lots of love” blueberry banana green smoothie.

What you need:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 BIG handful of spinach
  • Water

Avocado Banana Greensmoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Memorial weekend is coming up… that’s a 3 day weekend!!!  YAY! Hmmm… should I make a spontaneous trip to Florida?

Hehe We will see!  Times like this, makes me miss the beach so much Anyhow, I know you’re dying to see what smoothie I’m making today, right? Lol jk!

Well for breakfast this morning: a yummilicious Avocado Banana GreenSmoothie… Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 2 BIG handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Pan Seared Salmon Salad

Hi LOVElies!!! I can’t believe tomorrow is Friday already!!! What am I going to do this weekend? Hmm… maybe go out of town? Who knows, we’ll see.

Anyhow, after my work out at the gym, I was craving something fresh, cold and delicious. Luckily for me, I had salmon laying around. Salmon is quick, easy and delish! So… for tonight’s dinner: Pan seared salmon salad… mmm YUM!

 What you need:

  • A handful of Organic spring mix
  • 1/2 a Red bell peppers (julienne)
  • 1/2 a green bell peppers (julienne)
  • 1/2 a red onion (sliced)
  • 2 fillet of Salmon

For salad dressing:

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

What to do:

In a skillet, add a little bit of olive oil. Add the salmon (skin down). Sprinkle your salmon with favorite seasoning. Let it cook for about 5 minutes, flip. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prep the dressing and prep the salad on a plate. When salmon is finished to dirsired liking, place on the plate of salad and drizzle the dressing all over.

 

Coconut Quinoa Breakfast

Coconut Quinoa Breakfast Fruit Salad Good morning LOVElies! It’s Friday…#FlexBowlFridays  In honor of FlexBowl and and @insta_salads “Breakfast Salad Week”, I’ve put together this Coconut Quinoa Breakfast Fruit bowl. Mmm YUM! Packed full of goodness in every bite… Open up!

What you need:

  • 1 cup of Gluten free Organic Royal Red Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple syrup
  • Your favorite Fruits

What to do:

Add all the ingredients (minus the fruits) in a pot. Bring to boil then let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Combine the fruits… EAT! Haha easy, simple and delicious.  Recipe adapted from CitronLimette

Creamy, delicious Avocado Strawberry Banana Smoothie Hi LOVElies! The sun is finally coming out. That means people tend to smile more, don’t you agree?

I love this season- flowers blooming and love is in the air  Ooo lala haha One more day until I leave for Florida… YAY!

Anyhow… here’s my morning breakfast smoothie: Avocado Strawberry Banana Smothie.

What you need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup of Sweet Strawberries
  • 1/2 an avocado About
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk (add more or less depending on how liquidy you like your smoothie)

What to do:

Blend them all together and ENJOY! Have an AMAZING day! Muahz!

Coconut Infused with Fruits

Coconut Water INFUSED with Fresh Fruits Good morning LOVElies! What a night! It was rainy, cold and windy but nothing stopped us from winning our flagfootball game  I’m proud to be a part of #Mhelpdesk  We work hard to play hard.

Anyhow… I don’t know about you but I am in LOVE with infused coconut water. I can drink this everyday!

A few facts about coconut water: Aids in weight-loss, picture-perfect skin, facilitates digestion, and boosts hydration.

My Coconut Water is infused with strawberries, blood oranges, kiwi, star fruit, cucumbers and basil seeds… Mmm YUM!

 

Cinnamon Raisins Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich

Cinnamon Raisins Peanut Butter Banana Sandwhich Good morning LOVElies! Happy Wednesday! Is it Friday yet?  I haven’t packed for Vegas yet but I’m super EXCITED for this trip. Haha

Sometimes when you need that extra Protein for breakfast, slap on some creamy peanut butter between 2 toasted cinnamon raisins slices and stuff them with bananas… “PEANUT BUTTER-BANANA” Mmm YUM!

Strawberry Mango Overnight Chia Pudding and Oats

Overnight Strawberry-Mango chia Pudding & Oats Good morning LOVElies! It’s only Tuesday and I’m already counting down the days until I leave for VEGAS this weekend.  It’s going to be another memorable trip for sure! Mmmhmm  After Vegas… FLORIDA for a week! YAY!!!

Oh… did I say Tuesday? Yes! It’s #ParfaitTuesday with my wonderful friend, Kia @nikiadyson. If you don’t have time to make breakfast, this parfait is perfect for you- Overnight Strawberry-Mango Chia Pudding and Oats! Oh yeah! Packed full of protein, fiber and calcium, makes this a healthy breakfast

What you need:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Rolled oats
  • Unsweetened almond milk
  • Chia seeds
  • Vanilla extract
  • Fruits

What to do:

Combine oats, yogurt, milk, chia seeds and vanilla extract into a glass. Add strawberries then mangos. Place in the fridge overnight… Mmmm YUM!

Gluten Free Quinoa Salad

Good morning LOVElies! Happy #FlexBowlFridays!!! We are having a potluck at work today and I’m planning to make a color GLUTEN FREE Quinoa salad. This salad is color, easy to make and Mmm YUMMY!

Here’s the first part of the recipe:

  • 1 cup chopped red cabbage
  • 1 cup shelled and cooked edamame
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of driced cucumbers

Italian Baked Eggs

Good morning LOVElies! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Here’s my quick and easy breakfast this morning: Italian baked eggs.

What you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan and garlic
  • Crushed red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro

What to do:

Preheat oven to 425. Spray ramekins with nonstivk spray. Evenly distribute marinara in each ramekin.

Top with eggs and everything else. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and dress with cilantro. This recipe was inspired by DamnDelicious… Mmm YUM!

blueberry banana smoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Rise and shine! It’s a beautiful Monday and supposedly it’s going to be beautiful all week.

To start my week out right, I made a delicious blueberry banana greensmoothie with a touch of LOVE (strawberry heart)

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 BIG handfuls of spinach
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Rib Eyed Steak

Hello LOVElies! Tonight’s dinner: Rare RIB EYED STEAK and a side of veggies… Mmm YUM!!!  Amazing Rare steak

What you need:

  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 rib eyed steak

What to do:

  1.  In a bowl, mix 3 tablespoon EVOO, black pepper, and garlic together.
  2. Now rub the mixture into the steak.
  3. Over medium high heat, heat 2 tablespoon of EVOO in a frying pan.
  4.  Place the steak in the pan and sear both sides for 2-3 minutes.*
  5.  Remove the steaks and cover with aluminum foil to let it cook a little longer.
  6. Remove when desired “doneness” *Depending on thickness, sear according  I normally like medium rare which is 5 minutes each side but wanted to try something different today.
