Fresh Squeeze Orange Juice

Good morning LOVElies! Thanks again for making me feel missed. This morning, I woke up with a small cough. My first thought… I better drink a lot of Fresh Squeeze Orange Juice. Make sure to keep your vitamin C intake high during the cold weather. What is this?! This is a “refreshingly cold” and “thirst quenching” “freshly squeezed” Florida orange OJ with freshly cut strawberries, blueberries and oranges?!? Umm… let’s squeeze that lemon to give it a nice lemon citrus kick! Mmm YUM!!!

 

Avocado Banana Greensmoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Memorial weekend is coming up… that’s a 3 day weekend!!!  YAY! Hmmm… should I make a spontaneous trip to Florida?

Hehe We will see!  Times like this, makes me miss the beach so much Anyhow, I know you’re dying to see what smoothie I’m making today, right? Lol jk!

Well for breakfast this morning: a yummilicious Avocado Banana GreenSmoothie… Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 banana (ripe)
  • 2 BIG handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Coconut Infused with Fruits

Coconut Water INFUSED with Fresh Fruits Good morning LOVElies! What a night! It was rainy, cold and windy but nothing stopped us from winning our flagfootball game  I’m proud to be a part of #Mhelpdesk  We work hard to play hard.

Anyhow… I don’t know about you but I am in LOVE with infused coconut water. I can drink this everyday!

A few facts about coconut water: Aids in weight-loss, picture-perfect skin, facilitates digestion, and boosts hydration.

My Coconut Water is infused with strawberries, blood oranges, kiwi, star fruit, cucumbers and basil seeds… Mmm YUM!

 

Strawberry Watermelon Lemonade

Chilled Strawberry-Watermelon lemonade  Good morning LOVElies! Are you a fan of watermelon?

I LOVE watermelon! It reminds me of summer- me on the beach, the sun rays shines on my body and warms my soul while sipping on this chilled strawberry watermelon lemonade… Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 3 cups of watermelon chunks
  • 1 cups of strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Agave nectar
  • 1 coconut water can
  • Ice

What to do:

Blend until smooth, serve immediately.

blueberry banana smoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Rise and shine! It’s a beautiful Monday and supposedly it’s going to be beautiful all week.

To start my week out right, I made a delicious blueberry banana greensmoothie with a touch of LOVE (strawberry heart)

What you need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 BIG handfuls of spinach
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Straw Cado Smoothie

Good afternoon LOVElies!!! After a wonderful weekend with amazingly warm weather, we get hit with 11″ of snow overnight. It’s definitely cold but beautiful.

My frenchie is here visiting from Florida and I’m not sure she knows exactly what this cold white fluff is.  Anyhow, for lunch: my yummilicious green smoothie: “Straw-cado”

What you need:

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 BIG handfuls spinach
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Mmmm… YUM!!!

 

Avoberry Smoothie

Good morning LOVElies! TGIF!!! It’s 7am and I’m dancing like no one is looking haha  “Everything comes naturally… it comes naturally… when you’re with me, baby” Hahaha

Something about music just makes me so happy. You know what else makes me happy in the morning? My yummilicious smoothie. Oh yes!  This delicious “Avo-berry” is simple, easy and Mmm YUM!

What time you need:

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/2 cup red raspberries
  • 1/2 blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Good morning LOVElies! Happy Wednesday! I absolutely LOVE love LOVE green smoothies. Did you know that apples make a great base for smoothies?

They are a good source of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants.  In this greensmoothie:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 BIG handfuls of spinach
  • Unsweetened almond milk

Strawberry Banana Greensmoothie

Good morning LOVElies! Happy Monday! I’ve missed you! I had family in town and I was playing tour guide (lots of fun) . It was sad to see them go but it’s time to get back to business!  For breakfast this morning: Strawberry-Banana Greensmoothie.

What you need:

  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (add a little to a lot depending on your liking)

What to do:

Good morning LOVElies! Happy Monday! I ABSOLUTELY love February. The month of “LOVE”  haha Only 4 more days until Valentine’s day, are you ready? I’m going to share a few of my favs…

Here’s something that will quench your thirst: a Raspberry green tea filled with strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. To top it off, a slice of kiwi and a heart-shaped strawberry. Are you falling in LOVE yet???? Mmmm YUM!

Good morning LOVElies! For some reason I woke up craving lemonade So… you know I had to make some!  This low calorie lemonade is infused with pomegranate seeds… Mmm YUM!

What you need:

  • 3 lemons
  • 1 1/2 limes
  • A touch of honey
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of sweet pomegranate
  • Ice cubes

What to do:

In a glass, place pomegranate seeds to the bottom and crush with a spoon. In a pitcher, combine lime juice, lemon juice, honey, water and ice. Pour into glass. ENJOY!  See you on my next post! Have an AMAZING Wednesday! Muahz!
